Endeavor Air is actively hiring First Officers, with new hire classes starting every two weeks. The application window remains open, and newly hired pilots are typically assigned to the New York co-domicile (JFK & LGA). Reserve time averages around eight months, but can be as short as three months at junior bases. Pilots are eligible to upgrade to Captain once they meet the necessary regulatory flight hour requirements.
Endeavor’s Career Advancement Program (CAP) provides a guaranteed, contractual path to Delta Air Lines. The program offers contractual progression for 20 pilots per month or 50% of Delta’s open positions—whichever is less—resulting in an estimated 240 Endeavor pilots advancing to Delta each year.
Minimum requirements for applicants include 1,475 total time, 25 multi-engine hours, and 200 cross-country hours for Restricted ATP, or 500 cross-country hours for a full ATP. Graduates from an accredited Part 141 flight school may qualify with 975 total time.
