The airline offers industry experience credit for pilots with previous Part 121 experience, which can be used toward pay, vacation accrual, and retirement benefits. Additionally, pilots become eligible for Captain pay while flying as a First Officer at 750 hours. Although Part 135 PIC or Part 91 Fractional PIC hours may qualify, they do not count toward Part 121 longevity credit. Other incentives include a 50% Pilot Supply premium (when active), line-holder guarantees of 72 hours, and reserve guarantees of 75 hours. Pay rates increase annually by 1%.
