Minimums start at an FAA ATP/ R-ATP with multi-engine rating, 250 PIC hours, and a current First-Class Medical; military and university-R-ATP pathways are accepted. The most recent pilot contract at NetJets was ratified on April 12, 2024, following a year of negotiations between NetJets and the NetJets Association of Shared Aircraft Pilots (NJASAP). The new agreement includes a 52.5% increase in compensation over five years, aligning NetJets pilot pay more closely with major airline standards.
Fleet Modernization: The largest general-aviation fleet-upgrade program is under way—brand-new Global 7500s, Citation Longitudes, and more are replacing legacy aircraft. Current U.S. fleet (non-inclusive of Europe/EJM): 74 Challenger 350, 147 Citation Latitude, 93 Phenom 300, and a broad mix of midsize, super-midsize, and large-cabin jets.
