Our coaching is built around U.S. airline hiring standards and processes (Part 121, Part 135, and Part 91). If you hold or are working toward FAA certifications and plan to fly in the U.S., the program applies to you, regardless of where you’re from. International pilots transitioning to U.S. carriers will also benefit, particularly on application strategy and interview prep.
The Masterclass Digital Course is a self-paced program covering the full pilot hiring process, from resume and logbook to interview performance. It’s built for pilots who want comprehensive, structured guidance they can work through independently. You are learning the fundamentals of the application and interview process, but do not have access to coaches for personal feedback on your products or performance.
The 1-on-1 Interview Prep is personalized coaching with a career professional who has sat on airline hiring boards. You get direct feedback on your resume, logbook, application, mock interviews tailored to your target airlines, and ongoing support from enrollment through IOE.
Both products are built around the same core methodology. The difference is depth, personalization, and direct access to coaches.

The Masterclass Digital Course is self-paced. You work through the modules on your own schedule. Live interaction is reserved for the 1-on-1 program.
The course contains approximately 5 hours of content. It’s self-paced, so you can work through it on your own schedule, whether that’s a weekend or spread across a few weeks.
Lifetime access. Once you enroll, the course is yours, and you can work through it at your own pace without worrying about losing access.
There’s no time limit on the program. Coaching sessions generally last between an hour and an hour and a half. If your coaches feel a session needs more time, they’ll schedule another one. If you don’t feel comfortable with any portion of the interview, let us know, and we’ll practice until you are.
After enrollment, you’ll have a private strategy session to assess your goals, career history, and timeline. From there, your coaches build a tailored action plan. You’ll receive a full resume and logbook audit, an application review, followed by live mock interviews as your interview date approaches. The program adapts to your pace, whether you’re 60 days from an interview or two years out.
Both. The program covers you from wherever you are now through your final career destination, including CFI positions, regional airlines, major airlines, and Part 135 operations.
Yes. The program includes guidance on completing airline-specific applications, such as navigating carrier portals and answering questions correctly and honestly. The 1-on-1 program includes a full AirlineApps profile and resume audit.
No limit. The program continues until you reach your final career destination, covering as many applications and interviews as needed along the way.
Yes. Many military pilots begin 2–4 years before separation to build their foundation early. The program helps you translate military flight time, prepare for civilian hiring processes, and build a resume that speaks the airline’s language.
