Applicants must meet the minimum flight time requirements of 1,200 total time, 250 PIC, 25 multi-engine, and 75 instrument hours. The hiring process begins with a preliminary video interview, followed by a technical interview. Successful candidates will complete one week of home-based training, one week of INDOC at headquarters, and two weeks of type rating training. Wheels Up offers a structured schedule of 8 days on and 6 days off, with guaranteed days off and scheduled Paid Time Off bid periods.
