Direct Entry Captains benefit from a substantial sign-on and experience bonus package, longevity pay match up to 18 years, and the opportunity to flow to United in as little as 24 months. First Officers with R-ATP minimums or 1,475 hours total time can also join the Aviate program and receive a sign-on bonus.
