Republic Airways provides one of the most advanced and fully integrated flight training experiences in the regional airline industry. Training takes place at the company’s Aviation Campus in Carmel, IN—home to the Brickyard Hotel, Training Center, and upcoming headquarters.
Republic’s RJet Cadet Program offers a conditional job offer to student pilots as early as their Instrument or Commercial checkride. Cadets aren’t contractually bound but gain access to mentorship, training resources, and priority class dates. Select Cadets may also join the RJet Ambassador Program, representing Republic on their campus and receiving a monthly stipend, company seniority, and travel perks.
